Katelynn ‘Katie’ Brennan
Attorney
Katie is a business attorney whose practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and software licensing, trademark and intellectual property, corporate and business matters, employment, real estate, and other transactional matters.
Katie began her legal career as a litigator. This experience enables Katie to advise clients and draft documents in a manner to avoid the many pitfalls that she dealt with while she was litigating cases.
While attending law school, Katie served as a Legal Intern on the Project on Predatory Student Lending at Harvard Law School’s Legal Services Center and as an Honors Intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement.
Katie received her Juris Doctor from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2020, where she graduated cum laude and served as Finance Director for the MSU Law Student Bar Association. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 2012.
Katie was born and raised Lansing, Michigan. She currently lives in Baltimore with her wife, family and their many loveable cats and dogs.
