Zarren Law Group Transaction Finalist for 2017 Maryland ACG Deal of the Year Award


BALTIMORE, MD -- Zarren Law Group, LLC (ZLG) is pleased to announce its client’s M&A transaction (Polaris Alpha’s acquisition of Intelesys Corporation) was named a finalist for the 2017 Maryland Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) 13th Annual Deal of the Year Award.

Intelesys Corporation, a leading provider of mission critical computer network operations, cyber security, and embedded systems solutions to the most technically demanding clients in the intelligence community, was acquired by Polaris Alpha, an Arlington Capital portfolio company. ZLG served as deal counsel to Intelesys Corporation.
