(NASDAQ: IROH) (Iron Horse), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in the initial listing of its securities on the Nasdaq Global Market, where its units are now trading under the ticker symbol “IROHU” following the consummation of the offering on December 29, 2023, following a pricing of the offering on December 27, 2023. The offering generated $69,000,000 in gross proceeds after factoring in over-allotments.
