Andrea F. Fisher

Andrea is an experienced corporate and business attorney with extensive experience advising clients on sophisticated business, financial, and legal transactions. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, co-investments, recapitalizations, private placements, capital investments, equity and debt financings, loan transactions, and related corporate governance matters. Andrea primarily services middle-market private companies across a wide range of industries, such as aviation, healthcare, dental, software, telecommunications, printing, pharmaceutical, real estate, entertainment, retail, and distribution. She also regularly represents start-ups, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and investors.

Prior to joining ZLG, Andrea was an equity partner at Akerman LLP, where she practiced corporate law in the firm’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices for more than 25 years. Earlier in her career, she practiced tax and corporate law at Greenberg Traurig LLP in Miami.

Andrea earned her J.D. with Honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her B.A. in Finance with High Honors from the University of Florida. A native Floridian, she resides in Fort Lauderdale with her family.
