Kimberly D. Reed

Attorney

 Kim is an experienced business attorney represents companies both in the United States and abroad, and has served as an external general counsel to them for years.  Her primary practice areas including, corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital/private equity, corporate finance, governance and compliance, social impact investing, infrastructure/project finance and nonprofit law 

Kim has advised on global transactions including multi-billion dollar deals and has experience in over 70 countries. Kim previously practiced with international law firms, Hogan Lovells (in Moscow, Warsaw, London and DC) and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (Los Angeles), as well as her own practice. Kim has also worked on 7 US Presidential campaigns.  

Kim has also authored many publications within her various practice areas.

Kim obtained her Juris Doctor, from University of Virginia School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in History and English, With Honors (3rd major in International Studies, focused on the Middle East and the Soviet Union) from Duke University. 

Kim resides in the Washington DC metro area.
