Alexandra Singer

Alexandra advises public and private companies, investors, and founders on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, capital markets transactions, and general corporate governance. She works with middle-market businesses, private companies, and investment funds, providing practical, business-oriented advice across all stages of growth.

Alexandra regularly drafts and negotiates transaction documents, manages diligence processes, and advises on capitalization, stockholder arrangements, and day-to-day corporate matters, partnering closely with clients to deliver efficient, solutions-oriented guidance.

Prior to joining Zarren Law Group, Alexandra was an associate in the Life Sciences and Emerging Companies practice group at Goodwin Procter LLP. Before that, she practiced in the Global Corporate practice group at Milbank LLP, where she advised on a broad range of capital markets, finance, and M&A transactions.

Alexandra obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she received the Fox Rothschild LLP Written Advocacy Award for one of the top briefs in the Moot Court program. She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in International Relations (Global Business) from the University of Southern California.

Alexandra was raised in Miami, Florida, and, after over a decade in Los Angeles, returned home to Miami Beach, where she currently resides. She enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors; she is an avid snowboarder and enjoys yoga, pilates, and hiking.
